Dynamical Mechanical Analysis
$250.00
Dynamical Mechanical Analysis is a mechanical measurement method used to measure mechanical response to stress. This test can be used to measure flexural modulus and glass transition temperature using either Single Cantilever or Dual Cantilever modes, or to measure tensile modulus and glass transition temperature using the Film/Fiber Tension clamp.
Standard Cost reflects Temperature Range of 35°C to 280°C at 3°C/min – please contact us for different temperature range. Price reflects a single run.
Possible Temperature Range: 25°C to 600°C
Measurement Instrument Used
TA Instruments DMA 850
- Temperature Range: 25°C to 600°C
- Force Range: 0.0001 to 18 N
- Frequency Range: 0.001 to 200 Hz
Sample Requirements
Tensile (Film/Fiber): Sample must be between 5 to 30 mm (L), less than 8 mm (W) and ideally less than 0.5 mm (T).
Avishtech can prepare such samples from:
- A sheet of solid material that does not exceed 0.5 mm in thickness (thinner samples preferred for data quality and force range);
Single Cantilever: Sample must be 17.5 mm (L), less than 15 mm (W) and less than 5 mm (T)
Dual Cantilever: Sample must be 35 mm (L), less than 15 mm (W) and less than 5 mm (T)
Avishtech can prepare such samples from:
- A sheet of solid material that does not exceed 5 mm in thickness (thinner samples preferred for data quality and force range);
